Section 1 — Purpose

SNR Index is an independent broker transparency platform.

Our objective is to provide structured, comparable and verifiable data on trading infrastructure — not recommendations, opinions or rankings.

We focus on execution quality, costs and regulatory context, because these factors materially affect trading outcomes over time.

Section 2 — What we measure

SNR Index evaluates brokers across a fixed set of infrastructure dimensions:

Trading costs (spreads, commissions, swaps)

Execution characteristics

Regulation and legal entity structure

Product availability

Platform and market access

Only data points that can be defined, compared and updated consistently are included.

Section 3 — Data sources

Broker data is collected from multiple sources, including:

Public broker disclosures

Regulatory registers and filings

Platform specifications

Live and historical market data samples

Verified submissions from brokers and industry participants

Whenever possible, data is cross-checked against independent or primary sources.

Section 4 — Verification & updates

Data is reviewed periodically and updated when material changes occur, such as:

pricing adjustments

regulatory changes

platform or product updates

SNR Index does not guarantee completeness or real-time accuracy, but applies a best-effort verification process designed to minimize outdated or misleading information.

Section 5 — Rankings & comparisons

SNR Index does not issue blanket “best broker” claims.

Comparisons are generated dynamically based on selected criteria and filters. Displayed results depend on the user’s chosen parameters, jurisdiction and market context.

No broker can influence its relative position through payment or sponsorship.

Section 6 — Affiliate relationships (disclosure)

SNR Index may receive compensation from certain brokers through affiliate relationships.

This does not affect:

inclusion in the index

data definitions

comparison logic

displayed metrics

Affiliate relationships are disclosed where applicable.

Section 7 — What SNR Index is not

SNR Index is not:

investment advice

a signal service

a performance predictor

a solicitation to trade

All trading involves risk. Users remain fully responsible for their decisions.

Section 8 — Scope & limitations

Broker offerings, pricing and legal permissions vary by jurisdiction. Not all products are available to all users.

SNR Index presents data at an informational level and does not replace broker documentation or regulatory disclosures.

Section 9 — Contact & corrections (optioneel, klein)

If you believe any data is inaccurate or outdated, you may submit a correction for review.
